Kurt is the Portfolio Manager leading our U.S. Public Market investments and strategy, primarily deploying capital across the TMT, Consumer, and Healthcare sectors. Our U.S. Public Market strategy takes a long-term approach to public market investing, leveraging deep bottoms up company and industry expertise coupled with a broader context of public market dynamics. Kurt also works closely with our Growth Equity and Venture portfolio companies, providing valuable insights into the scaling journey gained from over a decade of experience investing in some of the most successful public companies.
Kurt brings over a decade of investing experience to PI, having previously spent 7years at Millennium Management, one of the largest multi-strategy hedge funds. At Millennium, Kurt focused on investments in the Software as well as broader TMT spaces. Kurt began his career on the sell-side in both Equity Research and Investment Banking, covering a range of industries from Internet to Financials.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kurt graduated from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo and enjoys chasing his kids around the outdoors, from hiking to biking to snowboarding.
