As an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Premji Invest, Isabel supports executive leadership while overseeing office operations and internal coordination. She helps manage schedules, streamline workflows, and keep priorities aligned across teams. A key part of the role is connecting people, solving problems quickly, and keeping everything moving forward.
Before joining Premji Invest, Isabel spent over four years in venture capital supporting operations and marketing. Prior to that, she worked across retail, food service, and childcare, where I built a strong foundation in adaptability, organization, and people-first problem solving.
She is a Bay Area native who loves staying active and making the most of the outdoors. Outside of work, she plays rec sports like dodgeball, flag football, and beach volleyball, and always exploring new restaurants or catching a great movie. She also enjoy crocheting in her downtime and spending time with friends and family.
