Parker Rasmussen joined Premji Invest in 2025 and focuses on growth-stage investing across enterprise software and technology.
Previously, Parker was with Adams Street Partners for four years, investing in growth-stage software companies spanning cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, and application software. He invested and spent time with companies like Glean, Zip, Cato Networks, and Highnote. Previously, he worked in Bank of America’s TMT investment banking group, advising on M&A and IPOs.
Originally from Arizona, Parker holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from Arizona State University, where he also played on the football team. In his free time, Parker enjoys watching sports with friends, traveling with his wife, skiing, playing sports, and enjoying San Francisco.
