Ana is a global executive with more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise growth, operational transformation, and risk management at PayPal and McKinsey & Company. She has owned multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, scaled global partnerships, and partnered directly with Boards and C-suites to align strategy with execution. With expertise spanning financial services, technology, and organizational effectiveness across 25+ countries, Ana brings a unique blend of consulting rigor and operating leadership to deliver sustainable growth and cultural transformation.
At PayPal, Ana currently serves as Vice President and Head of Channel Partnerships, where she leads a multi-billion-dollar global business spanning commerce platforms, vertical SaaS providers, and global PSPs. She has delivered double-digit growth by stabilizing and restructuring the business, embedding new capabilities in marketing and finance, and building end-to-end accountability across strategy, account management, and execution.
Previously at PayPal, Ana served as Vice President of Strategy, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and business unit leaders to define the enterprise strategy, incubate new growth opportunities, and lead C-suite off-sites and prepare for Investor Day. She also served as Global Head of Talent, where she partnered with the CEO and Board to establish PayPal’s first enterprise-wide talent strategy, overseeing leadership succession, executive development, and global retention programs for 20,000+ employees.
Earlier, Ana spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she advanced to Partner. She advised Fortune 100 boards and CEOs on strategy, risk, and organizational transformation, delivering multi-billion-dollar impact. She founded McKinsey’s Americas Crisis Preparedness & Response practice, guiding companies through regulatory, reputational, and cyber crises, and co-founded the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice. Her client work spanned more than 25 countries across the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
Ana serves on the Advisory Board of Lesbians Who Tech & Allies, where she advances LGBTQ+ inclusion and representation in the technology sector. She also advises PayPal Ventures, supporting a portfolio of 65+ fintech, commerce enablement, security, and crypto startups.
Ana earned her MBA with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in History. She is fluent in Spanish, with additional proficiency in Arabic and French. She resides in Los Angeles, CA.
