With more than 30 years of financial management and business experience, Kevin Cook serves as Chief Financial Officer of Bumble Inc. He has a strong background in finance, strategy and business operations and a successful track record helping companies grow revenue, scale and become/operate as publicly-traded entities. He previously served as CFO of Cloudera. In addition, Kevin held senior finance and strategy roles at Barracuda. Prior, he served in investment banking leadership at Cowen, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo and RBC Capital Markets.
He has extensive experience in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance as well as operations. Kevin began his career in the Business and Finance department at Morrison Foerster. He holds a BA in Business-Economics from UCLA and a JD from Georgetown University.
