Violetta is a strategist, operator, and team builder. A seasoned healthcare executive, she brings a passion for improving costs, outcomes and experiences across the health ecosystem. She was the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at CVS Health, a Fortune 10 company with a tech forward vision to improve US healthcare and consumer experience accessing, navigating and managing care. Prior to CVS, Violetta served as CEO of Aon Health Solutions, Latin America, and as Global COO of Aon Health Solutions where she focused on innovating and optimizing employer benefits design, distribution, and administration, leveraging technology and analytics as catalysts. Earlier in her career, Violetta was a Managing Director and Partner at BCG, advising companies on growth, business model innovation and enterprise transformation. She is currently an advisor to healthcare companies, boards and investors.
Violetta earned her MBA from the Wharton School and a Master of Arts, International Studies,from the University of Pennsylvania. She was a J. William Fulbright Scholar for post-graduate studies and research at the Warsaw School of Economics, and earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
